Are there any fees to start using REI Leader's Investment
Leads Program?
No. When you activate your account, you'll be charged $25. This starting balance is a credit towards your first purchased lead. There is no monthly fee and our per-prospect pricing means that you only pay for the motivated home seller leads that you receive – when you receive them.
Are there any fees to cancel my REI Leader Account?
There is no cancellation fee, however we do require that you give us a 30-day notice in order to cancel your account, which you are free to do at any time. Just email our customer service department and we will send you a cancellation form. You can fill it out, fax it back to us and we will terminate your REI Leader account as requested.
How will I be notified when REI Leader sends me a home
seller lead?
REI Leader implements the best technology using a real-time notification process via e-mail and mobile messaging. Once a seller lead has been thoroughly screened and meets your personal criteria you are immediately notified – typically minutes after we screen the lead. This means that our leads are fresh, and if you call them immediately you'll be speaking with a hot prospect who is actively interested in working with you. When you activate your Investment Leads Program account we'll also offer you the option to receive a text message when the lead is sent. Leads Program?
You are only billed for motivated home seller leads as you receive them. That means once we screen a lead and determine they match your selection criteria we will send the lead to you and then charge your credit card.
What is REI Leader's return policy?
Should you have an issue with a lead you can request a lead replacement from our customer service team within 15 days of receiving the lead. All you have to do is open a case in your online account and REI Leader's customer service department will review it. While we do offer lead replacements, REI Leader does not issue refunds.
