The REI Leader Investment Leads Program acts as a venue for motivated home sellers to make introductory communications with Real Estate Investors. We charge a nominal fee to investors for contact information corresponding to individual leads. Our services are provided free of charge to individual home sellers.

What REI Leader Doesn't do for Real Estate Investors
We act neither as a real estate broker nor a real estate salesman as defined by the division of Business and Professional Code specific to Real Estate Law.
We do not broker transactions. We are not responsible for selling, purchasing, exchanging, renting or leasing property. We seek no commission for real estate investment transactions, have no involvement in the transaction process and have minimal knowledge (e.g., customers submitting testimonials), if any, of whether a transaction took place.
REI Leader makes no representations or warranties about motivated home seller leads (e.g., including property characterizations) or participating Real Estate Agents and Investors.
Certification of Real Estate Investors
In using our services, each Real Estate Investor or Agent certifies that:
 They are a Real Estate Agent or Investor with a current and valid license.
They have worked or lived in the area where they currently work as a Real Estate Investor for at least 1 year.

Qualifications of Motivated Home Seller Lead
Referral Information
REI Leader Investment Leads Program screens the home seller lead referral information sent to Real Estate Investors or Agents. However, we report the information that is provided to us by the motivated home seller lead and do not guarantee it to be accurate. While we provide the best information we possibly can to our Real Estate Investors or Agents, leads are people and we have no control over changes or misrepresentation in the information which they provided to us.

Lead Replacement Request Guidelines
REI Leader offers an excellent guarantee for our leads. If there is an issue with a lead and you notify REI Leader within 15 days of the lead being sent, our customer service staff may issue a lead replacement. REI Leader reserves the right to deny any lead replacement request.
Only paid leads can be replaced. You cannot replace a replacement lead.
Process for Lead Replacement: In the case of lead replacement requests for leads the Real Estate Investor or Agent must contact us within 15 days from the time that the home seller lead was sent in order for our staff to review the request. After the lead replacement request is reviewed our staff will notify the Real Estate Investor or Agent of the decision. Normally it takes three to five business days in order to completely process a lead replacement request. The Real Estate Investor or Agent will be notified when the replacement request has been received. The Real Estate Investor or Agent will again be notified when the Lead Replacement Request is processed.
Should your lead replacement request be approved, a lead credit will be issued to your account so your next lead will be sent without charge. Please note that lead replacements can only be sent to active accounts.

Payment of Charges for the REI Leader Investment
Leads Program
REI Leader may terminate or disable User account if User fails to pay any amount due to REI Leader when due. If the credit card expires or otherwise declines payment access to REI Leader can be modified or suspended. If payment is more than thirty (30) calendar days past due an additional 15% of the balance, or the maximum allowable by law, whichever is less, may be assessed on the total amount of the late payment, and the entire amount unpaid Charges or other outstanding balance (if any), plus this assessment, will become immediately due and payable. The User shall pay all costs of collection, including legal fees, incurred by REI Leader.

Draw-Down Balance
All services included in the REI Leader Investment Leads Program subscription are charged against a draw-down balance that the customer establishes with REI Leader. The system will automatically manage your charges for you, based on thresholds set according to your account profile. The draw-down account mechanism is used to avoid account suspensions due to credit card processing failures.

Recharge Threshold
The Recharge Threshold is the amount of available funds in your account that triggers an account recharge. It is set to 10% over the amount necessary to provide a cushion.

Credit Card Disputes/Chargebacks
REI Leader will always contest chargeback requests. Any customer who disputes a credit card payment will automatically have their account paused and the account will be subject to termination at REI Leader's discretion.

Modification of Service
REI Leader reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the REI Leader Investment Leads Program (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that REI Leader shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the REI Leader Investment Leads Program.
